Our grounds are as functional as they are beautiful. An edible tropical landscape serves as living pantry, blending the vibrant colours of flowering herbs, the lush textures of fruit-laden trees and the freshness of organic vegetable beds. Depending on seasonal availability, our guests can enjoy hand-picked sun-ripened papaya, sweet pineapples or fiery chillies known as bongo.
